Digital Delivery Policy

William Wang Advisory sells personalized digital PDF reports, space-flow diagnostics, and private consultation requests. After payment or booking request, you provide delivery email, your main question, birth details when a Bazi timing layer is included, and optional room or property notes. Reports are delivered by email within the delivery window stated on the product page.

If you enter incorrect birth details, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once report writing has started, changes may require a new order.

Refund Policy

Because each report is personalized and digital, refunds are not available after the report has been delivered. If we cannot deliver the report due to a technical issue on our side, we will either resend the report or issue a refund.

You can request cancellation before report preparation begins. Chargebacks, duplicate payments, and payment errors will be reviewed case by case.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to prepare and deliver the report, including name if provided, email address, birth date, birth time, birthplace, selected service, room or property notes, and main concern. We use this information only to process orders, deliver reports, provide support, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information. Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider and are not stored on this static website.
